Cadencia II

Out of Campera XXXIII and by the famous Malabar, Cadencia II was born in the UK but moved to Spain with her breeder until we bought her back to the UK with Castellana XLIX as a foal at foot.

Cadencia has produced some wonderful foals for us, including the very successful Jareta Reinera.

The interesting thing about Cadencia II is that she is a bay horse but has absolutely no lines going back to Agente and Maluso, two stallions that appear in the pedigrees of a large number of bay Spanish horses.

Perla LXI

Out of Turquesa XVII and by Milanes II.  We acquired Perla by "accident".  She is known as "Princess" and although we also had two of her youngsters bred to a stallion called Temerario IX pass through the stud, we have only recently bred her to one of our own stallions.  Jareta Angelita was the outcome and we are very, very pleased with her.

The Retired, but influential brood mares - with us forever

Beata XII - Bred by Yeguada Dehesa El Herrero.  Beata was imported from Spain with foal at foot and has produced a number of interesting coloured offspring, including chocolate dun and black.

Iberidela - Bred by Yeguada Militar  Iberidela was a gift from the King of Spain to the King of Jordan before she was bought by us. She was Reserve Champion Mare twice and has some wonderful offspring out in forever homes.

Danes Historia - Bred by Charles Crosland - Danes Stud

Historia was my first PRE and has the wonderful genetics that enabled her to produce offspring of many colours.

Flattered!

I am extremely flattered that my image of three pregnant mares has been shared all over the internet, without my persmission.  After doing a Google reverse image search I found 5 pages of sites that were using my image.  You are welcome, but a reference to this website would be appreciated.
